We moved to synthetic corks and let it breathe for a short time ... The color was a beautiful transparent ruby red. The nose was full of fruit and earth. Cherries are clear, tart raspberry and earth smoked as well. The first taste revealed that this wine was still young and tart. You know, if you are a child and then chew on a sour tongue twisters, and how your mouth wrinkles .... Yes, that's how it is ... It was quit a looooooooong.
It was a soft wine, but only in acidic taste,not sure, even if aging this wine would help. But even at that some Pinot s tend to reach peak performance 5-8 years from its vintage. With that, it is said, perhaps paired with salmon, as we would have tried this wine .... Perhaps we will some other time ... For now, but I the cork back in. .. when I
